WHO CAN PURCHASE PRODUCTS ON THE RE49.IT WEBSITE
Our Website is aimed only at end consumers. If you are a professional reseller and/or want to resell the Products, please contact us directly at our email info@re49.it, we will be happy to build a personalized offer based on your needs. You can purchase both as a Registered User and as a visitor. If you are a Registered User, completing the order will be facilitated by the data already registered in our systems. You can purchase the Products from any national interface, but pay attention to prices and shipping costs.
DELIVERY: DESTINATIONS, TIMES AND COSTS
We have activated agreements with the main couriers: deliveries of the Products will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of delivery of the couriers. You will receive information via email regarding the courier who can make the delivery so you can check the relevant terms, conditions and policies and the expected date or period of delivery. Some couriers require a signature for receipt. Some couriers offer a shipment tracking service. If the service is available, the courier will provide you with the tracking number with which you can monitor the shipment. Some couriers offer a delivery booking service. This service is offered by the couriers and we assume no responsibility for it.
Shipping to Italy and Europe is FREE for products at list price. Shipping to Italy and Europe is PAID for products on sale or on sale.
For shipments outside the EU, shipping costs are PAID and customs clearance costs and any duties are your responsibility. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the Product, the destination country and the type of delivery. On average, delivery times are around 5 working days.
INVOICING In the event that we choose, or are required by applicable laws, to send or make available a tax invoice, we reserve the right to ask you for your tax code and to send or make available the invoice in electronic format.
NON-CONFORMING OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS Quality is of fundamental importance to RE49 S.R.L. For any reports of defects or non-conformities of the Products, please contact our Customer Care, we will be happy to help you. Remember that the products supplied by RE49 S.R.L. are made with materials not designed to be shoes, therefore wrinkles or particular effects are considered original parts for the RE49 Italian Sustainable Shoes project and will not be considered a source of defect but of value of the product. RE49 S.R.L is responsible for the non-conformity and defects of the Products you purchase on the Site in accordance with the law. If you believe that the Product you purchased is damaged or defective or non-compliant, you can return it by activating the return procedure by filling out the form found in the account > orders section. The returned Products are inspected. If the inspection confirms the defect or non-compliance, all costs incurred by you including the cost of the Product and shipping will be refunded.
We do not refund Products: - Damaged by improper use or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustics, open flames, high heat, sharp objects, etc.). - Damaged by improper use or activities other than those for which they are intended (e.g. use of footwear for sports or as work footwear, etc.). - Not purchased on the Site. - For which the warranty period has expired. Note: the life expectancy of RE49 Products depends on the individual use of the Product, the conditions of use, and the habits of the owner. Products damaged by normal wear and tear will not be replaced. Our customer service is available for any need. If you are a professional reseller and/or wish to resell our Products, please contact our customer care team at customerservice@re49.it , and we will be happy to create a customized offer based on your needs.
You may make a purchase whether you are a registered user or a guest. If you are a registered user, it may be simpler and faster making the order, because our system will use the data already recorded.
You may purchase our products from any national interface with delivery address within the relevant country, but please pay attention to prices and delivery costs.
DELIVERY: DESTINATIONS, TIMEFRAMES AND COSTS
We have entered into agreements with the major courier services who will deliver the Products to you according to their own guidelines and policies. We will send you the information regarding the delivery including the expected time of delivery (if known) and the name of the courier so you may check its guidelines, policies and the available services. Delivery times vary depending on the Product, destination Country and type of delivery you choose in the order. A signature may be required for the delivery.
Some couriers offer tracking services. If this service is available, you will receive the tracking number you can use to track your order.
Some couriers offer the possibility to schedule the delivery and/or offer at door delivery: please, check the websites of the courier to learn about the services offered by the courier.
Shipping to Italy and Europe is free of charge.
For international shipping outside Europe, costs, custom duties and clearance charges shall be payable by you.
Shipping costs and delivery timeframe may vary according to product, destination and delivery method. Products are normally delivered within 5 working days.
INVOICING
If we choose, or are required by the laws in force, to send or make available a tax invoice, we reserve the right to ask you for your tax or social security identification number and to send or make the invoice available electronically.
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Quality is of primary importance to RE49. To report any material defects, faults or non-conformities of the Products, please contact our Customer Care Team ( customerservice@re49.it ) We will be happy to assist you.
Please, bear in mind that all RE49 products are made with recovered materials, which are not originally designed to become shoes. Small imperfections are not to be considered manufacturing defects but rather a characteristic of the material we used to create our shoes. Therefore, wrinkles, colour shades and wrinkled effect will not be considered manufacturing defects but rather an added value to the quality of the product.
RE49 is responsible for the non-conformity and faults of Products that you purchase on the Website, as required by law.
If you believe that a product you have purchased is damaged, faulty or non-conforming, or has material defects in workmanship, you may return it by filling out the form you will find in the account>orders section.
Returned Products shall be inspected by our Quality Control department.
If the inspection confirms the fault or non-conformity or material defects in workmanship, all costs you have incurred, including the cost of the product and its delivery, will be refunded.
We do not provide refunds for any of the following products:
-Products damaged due to improper use or negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, caustic agents, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
Products damaged due to improper use or use in activities other than those for which they were intended (e.g., the use of shoes to play sports or as work shoes, etc.)
-Products not purchased on our website www.re49.it Products for which the warranty period has expired.
Note: The life expectancy of the RE49 Products depends on the individual use of the Product, the conditions they are used in, and the user's habits. Products damaged from normal wear and tear will not be replaced.
